Responsiblities

Tender Identification: Monitor tender portals and procurement platforms for relevant opportunities and review RFPs, ITTs, and RFQs.

Bid Preparation: Analyze tender documents for scope and submission requirements, and coordinate input from technical, legal, commercial, and finance teams. You will also draft and compile tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Costing and Pricing: Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to prepare competitive pricing and analyze the risk and profitability of tendered work.

Submission & Compliance: Ensure the timely and complete submission of all tender documents, adhering to legal and procedural standards.

Liaison & Coordination: Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and communicate with clients or procurement officers to clarify requirements.
- Post-Tender Activities: Track tender outcomes, debrief with stakeholders, and maintain the bid database to analyze win/loss ratios for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and document collaboration platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
